and other details that may be contained in your CV.  Information from third parties

in the form of references may also be retained.

 

Information is collected for normal business related purposes. We assume that

unless you specifically state otherwise, in agreeing to provide this information

to Chambers Brook at the point of collection, you are consenting to its use and

collection.

 

Occasionally there may be circumstances where other personal information needs

to be collected such as health checks or when counselling occurs. In this instance,

separate permission will be sought prior to obtaining the information.

 

Use of Collected Information

 

Chambers Brook uses the information in the normal course of business, related to

the provision of certain services to clients, which may be companies or individuals.

Enrolment forms and CV’s are collected in the normal provision of our services

as is statistical information which is used for extrapolating trends. Surveys

may be undertaken to support normal business services. Users may register for

newsletters.

 

Who else can see my information?

 

Chambers Brook will not disclose any personal information to parties outside of the

company, its contractors, third party service providers or its agents without your

explicit consent. All parties contracted to work with Chambers Brook separately

sign a Confidentiality Agreement whereby personal information is required to be kept

confidential and secure.

 

Under no circumstances does Chambers Brook sell, provide or disclose information

to third parties for the purposes of marketing or sales.

 

Security

 

Chambers Brook uses physical, contractual, technical and administrative methods

to protect information. Although we take concerted steps to make this Site secure,

no Website is totally protected from unauthorised access.

 

Chambers Brook reviews the contents of its information from time to time and may

delete or destroy information that is no longer required.
